Diversitas organizer and University of Akron Professor, Barry Mulholland was interviewed by Built In recently on the topic of the Great Resignation.

In the article Mulholland provides the following guidance: “I think a dream career allows you to have space to grow. As you develop skills and knowledge and expertise, by having it be a career, that opens the door to go other places within the industry or within the profession without it being just this one job.”
