Akron, OHIO – April 4, 2022 – InvestmentNews has recognized Diversitas as a 2022 Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards finalist. Diversitas, along with 14 other firms, were chosen from more than 120 nominations by a committee of InvestmentNews representatives and judges from the advice business. The firm was recognized for its ability to inspire others from diverse backgrounds to join, flourish and bring their true selves to work in the financial services industry.
InvestmentNews is proud to introduce the fifth annual Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recognition program. It aims to tell the story of individuals and firms using their success, leadership skills, and willingness to implement and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the financial advisory industry.
“The firms selected as finalists this year exhibit qualities that create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace within the financial advice industry,” said Brittney Grimes, editorial special projects manager of InvestmentNews. “The initiatives at these distinguished firms allow employees to be their authentic selves and bring their best ideas to the table.”

While we’ve accomplished a lot over the past six years, we still have a long way to go. I commend my fellow honorees for the work they are doing, and I know together we will create real change.”
