Autumn Azar

Autumn Azar is dedicated to creating an exceptional, personalized client experience. Autumn’s primary responsibility is supporting the Akron advisor team in client service, financial planning, and investment research and analysis activities.

An entrepreneurial spirit, Autumn, while in high school, launched a global business designing custom mascot costumes. This decade-long venture provided her with the opportunity to travel internationally and explore diverse cultures.

A shining example of how Dakota mentors and molds the next generation of financial advisors, Autumn joined the Akron team on a permanent basis upon earning her bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Finance from the University of Akron, where she was a member of the Economics Club and the LGBTQ student group.

Stacy Serna-Beecher

  • 7 years with the firm and prior experience includes various roles in financial services, health care, and business process out sourcing (BPO) companies
  • Part of the Talent Solutions organization, specifically in the Early Talent team where I’m responsible for the Schwab Intern Academy: planning and executing the overall program experience, communication and content creation, and overseeing program logistics

Colleen Bell

Colleen Bell joined Cambridge in 2006 following her experience as a securities examiner for the SEC and currently serves as a member of Cambridge’s Executive Council. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bell has been instrumental in the collaborative leadership and development of Cambridge’s innovative solutions. She is responsible for the executive oversight for the service, solutions, and support delivered by Cambridge’s Operations Team. Bell also oversees the Fiduciary Services Department, which focuses on providing service support for Cambridge’s fee-based programs, retirement plan platforms, and advisory-focused compliance solutions.

Tonia Bottoms

Tonia Bottoms is a Managing Director and Senior Managing Counsel for BNY Mellon’s Pershing. She is also Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Advocate for Pershing and is a member of Pershing’s Executive Committee.

In her legal role, Tonia specializes in the areas of retirement plans and financial products. She provides advice and guidance regarding the compliance and oversight of retirement and education savings products, including traditional and Roth individual retirement accounts (IRAs), savings incentive match plan for employees (SIMPLE) IRAs, qualified retirement plans and 529 college savings plans. Tonia works closely with senior leadership on developing regulatory and legislative matters affecting the retirement and fiduciary businesses. She advises all aspects of Pershing’s retirement business which spans individual and plan markets.  Prior to joining Pershing in May 2010, Tonia was a director and senior counsel at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

As Diversity & Inclusion Advocate, Tonia leads efforts for Pershing to advance BNY Mellon’s mission to build and strengthen our culture with evidence that D&I is a social and business imperative that powers engagement, performance and growth, and increases value, competitiveness and positive impact across all our stakeholders.

Crystal Cox

Crystal has been in the financial services industry since 2011 and joined the firm in 2017. Crystal utilizes a comprehensive approach to wealth management that ensures client portfolios are properly aligned with their risk tolerance and goals. Her priority is to build deep relationships with clients so she can communicate in ways that are relatable and clear. She values being approachable, making her a strong personal advocate for all her clients.

Internally at Wealthspire, Crystal is active on the Financial Planning Committee, she’s the Deputy Chair of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) Committee, and she acts as the Internship Coordinator for the Midwest.

Crystal is also very active in her community, participating in organizations such as Forward Janesville, OutReach, Special Olympics, Gift of Adoption, SecureFutures, Schools of Hope, and more.

Carina Diamond

As Chief Experience Officer of Dakota Wealth Management, Carina is responsible for providing leadership and mentoring to the other client advisors at Dakota Wealth, as well as directing marketing efforts for the firm. She also advises her own clients on investment and financial planning matters.

Before joining Dakota Wealth Management, Carina was the founder and CEO of Springside Partners. Her specialty is retirement planning and investment management – helping clients at every stage of life design a financial plan, customize or refresh a portfolio, or address a specific issue or life event. Aaron Ervin

Aaron Ervin earned his B.S. in Business Management and minor in Leadership Studies from Hampton University in 2021. Aaron currently works at Nationwide Financial as a Financial Analyst on the Asset Consolidation Team in the Retirement Resource Group. In September 2021, he passed the Securities Industrials Essentials exam (SIE) and the Series 6 Top Off. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys playing frisbee, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog.

Erinn Ford

Erinn Ford is Executive Vice President of Advisor Engagement at Advisor Group, the nation’s largest network of independent wealth management firms, which oversees approximately $475 billion in client assets. In this role, Erinn directs enterprise efforts to ensure consistency and accountability and drive desired metrics to manage the overall financial professional experience for its six wealth management firms and 10,000+ financial professionals. She provides executive oversight for the National Advisory Board, Corporate Communications, and Business Coaching & Consulting.

A 30-year veteran of the wealth management industry, Erinn is the former CEO of Advisor Group subsidiary firm KMS Financial and the former President of Cetera Advisors. Earlier, she served as Chief Marketing Officer for Pacific West Financial Group.

Kate Healy

Kate Healy is a financial services industry executive and NextGen advocate, focused on building brands. Healy focuses on advocacy for the financial planning profession, leading initiatives which support the profession’s future through programs designed to raise visibility and provide support and resources to guide professional development.

Healy is widely recognized as a leading advocate for the next generation of financial planners, for women advisors and for the financial planning profession. Wealthmanagement.com named her to the 2018 “Ten to Watch” list. In 2016, Investment Advisor magazine named Healy as one of the industry’s 25 most influential people.  Healy was named to InvestmentNews‘ inaugural “Women to Watch” in 2015. Additionally, she was TD Ameritrade’s 2014 Impact Award winner for Diversity and Inclusiveness.

She is the 2021-2022 board chair for the Foundation for Financial Planning and clerk of the Invest in Others board. Kate also is a founding member of the CFP Board’s Women’s Initiative (WIN) Council, the Center for Financial Planning’s Advisory Council, and a founding member of the Center’s Diversity Advisory Board.

Healy is a frequent contributor to industry publications and podcasts, including Barron’s: The Way Forward, InvestmentNews, and Financial Planning and is a repeat speaker at industry events including FPA, NAPFA, FA Magazine, and TD Ameritrade’s LINC national conference.

Healy was managing director of marketing for TD Ameritrade Institutional, responsible for the development of marketing strategies and programs to help increase awareness and deepen relationships with nearly 5,000 independent RIAs that custody with TD Ameritrade Institutional.

Healy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College and has completed the Securities Industry Institute program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) at the Wharton School of Business.

Trenton Johnson

Trenton Johnson is a multi-talented individual with 11 years of insurance experience. He has been in roles from sales, underwriting, claims and currently is an Account Executive at NFP in the Private Client Space. His passion is singing and acting and you might have seen him on Fox hit TV Show “Empire”.

Emlen Miles-Mattingly

Emlen Miles-Mattingly is the CEO and founder of Gen Next Wealth. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he spends much of his waking day helping clients make smart financial decisions.

He strives to bring more value to the table for his clients by encouraging them to manage their resources in a way that leads to generational wealth. His ultimate goal is to help clients align their money with their values.

After previously selling insurance products for large corporations, Emlen would receive additional questions from clients about retirement accounts, estate plans, employee benefits, and other financial concepts. It was then that he realized that he was selling products, but not providing solutions. Consequently, he decided to focus on financial planning in order to provide comprehensive solutions for his clients.

His approach emphasizes empathy and compassion, and his recommendations are always based on the client’s best interest. He has been able to interweave his personal life stories into actionable items for clients, adding a level of vulnerability and connectivity.

Lindsey McKay

Lindsey is an owner and principal advisor of McKay Wealth Management. She focuses on building and implementing financial plans for individuals and families seeking sound financial futures.

Prior to joining McKay Wealth Management, Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU and went on to work at Merrill Lynch at the World Financial Center in New York City. Since 2007, Lindsey has been an integral part of the McKay Wealth Management team, working alongside her father, Jeff, to help grow the firm to what it is today

Mathias Schulenburg

Mathias Schulenburg is Client Reporting Analyst at M Financial. He graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Managerial Economics in 2015 and has experience in Sales, Recruitment, and Data Analysis. As a Reporting Analyst in the financial industry, he is excited to see how the technologies used within the financial industry are improved upon to better serve customers and advisors.

Suzanne Siracuse

Suzanne Siracuse, Founder and CEO of Suzanne Siracuse Consulting, LLC, specializes in advising financial services firms on innovative business strategies, distinctive marketing programs and impactful advocacy initiatives around diversity, financial literacy, and next gen talent.

Ms Siracuse is also the Creator and Host of The Big Reveal Podcast Series where she interviews industry thought leaders and influencers on all things wealth management, but with a twist!

Ms. Siracuse is the former CEO and Publisher of InvestmentNews where she oversaw the vision and strategic direction for all their platforms including print, digital, events and research.

Under her leadership, InvestmentNews launched initiatives to support the evolution of the financial advice profession, specifically in the areas of Practice Management, Women’s Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Innovation, NextGen and Financial Literacy.

An industry thought leader, she is a sought-after speaker, moderator and columnist on topics ranging from marketing and leadership to financial literacy and fintech.

Ms Siracuse is also a founding member of the Invent Elite consulting consortium, which focuses on developing, launching, branding and operationally supporting broad based technology initiatives for financial services firms.

In addition, Ms. Siracuse is on the Board for the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation, is an Independent Board member for ASYMmetric ETF’s,  is a member of the Council of Ambassadors for the IWI’s Thrive Center for Diversity and Inclusion, is an Advisory Board member of Diversitas and is a board member of the non-profit, Savvy Ladies.

In Nov 2020, Ms. Siracuse was recognized by InvestmentNews with the Women to Watch “Trailblazer” award for her commitment to DEI initiatives within the financial services industry.

Ms. Siracuse is an active volunteer at the Animal Rescue Fund in East Hampton, NY and an advocate for the humane treatment of animals.

She holds a BS in Business from Rider University.  She, and her husband, Lee reside in New York City.
